The Piqua Power Plant Waterfront Redevelopment Project has created a beautiful place for locals and visitors along the water. Improving the quality of life for our citizens, our riverfront is a local treasure for all to enjoy. Recently, the project won the National Environmental Excellence Award.

With a focus on environmental stewardship and preservation, the project was completed by Homrich of Carleton. Located near Piqua’s Linear Park and on the Great Miami River, the redevelopment has become a central community hub that can be enjoyed by all residents, made possible in part by the State of Ohio’s Clean Ohio Revitalization Fund.
