Ambassadors from the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce, along with City Manager Gary Huff, Mayor Kazy Hinds and Chamber President R. Scott Miller, welcome Best One Tire and Service to Piqua during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony. The business is housed in the 10,400-square-foot former Goodyear Tire building at 1246 E. Ash St.
