Piqua East McDonald's Rebuild

A McDonald's on the east side of Piqua will be rebuilt.

The 995 Ash St. McDonald's, by the Miami Valley Centre Mall, will be demolished and replaced by a new restaurant estimated to cost $800,000 in construction, according to a city building permit.

"It's typical of how our growth happens, where existing businesses continue to invest," said Justin Sommer, Piqua Economic Development Director.
