You can get wrapped up in a lot of emotion when family is involved, says PSC Crane & Rigging President, Jim Sever, when asked about conflicts that can occur in a family-owned business.
“If you can put that [emotion or tension that has built up] aside, and let the judgment be pushed aside, you can really get to the root of the matter and figure out ways to allow success for everybody that’s involved,” says Jim. “If you have that patience, it [probably] will turn out as a positive, at least for the company, which is most important.”
