Piqua’s economic development director has a big vision for a 100-year-old former grocery warehouse near the riverfront that was recently bought by the city.

“It’s very similar to the Delco Building,” said Justin Sommer, comparing Piqua’s Zollinger Building to downtown Dayton’s Delco Building that’s now being redeveloped into prominent market rate housing.
