Piqua auto parts manufacturer adding 20,000 square feet

A Miami County manufacturer is expanding for the second time in less than a year.

Nitto Denko Automotive Ohio Inc. is adding 20,000-square-foot at 220 Fox Drive in Piqua, which will double the size of its warehouse facility, according to Tim Echemann of Sidney-based Industrial Property Brokers. Echemann brokered the original lease and this deal on behalf of Nitto Denko.
