GROW PIQUA NOW AND POSITIVELY PROMOTING PIQUA WORKING TOGETHER TO PROMOTE PIQUA

PIQUA, OH - MARCH 2, 2011 - Grow Piqua Now (GPN) and Positively Promoting Piqua (PPP) are teaming up to share the positive news happening in our community.

Grow Piqua Now was formed in 2006 to provide a vehicle through which the private and public sectors of the community can effectively collaborate to further economic growth in Piqua, Ohio.  GPN seeks to promote and enhance Piqua's economic development by cooordinating an array of resources with an effective, regionally integrated program.  Click on the Grow Piqua Now link on any page of this site for more information.

One of the keys to Piqua's growth is its attractiveness as a community.  Positively Promoting Piqua, a community-involvement group that was formed in 2010, has quickly become an effective, broadly representative advocate for making Piqua "a great place to live and work".  PPP recognizes the need for a "a comprehensive program to make our community a great place and a more attractive community for our citizens, our businesses, their employees and business leaders".   This and PPP's other ideals and pricipals make it a natural partner with GPN in helping PIqua "be the best it can be."
